Helping Women Leaders Stay Grounded in Times of Constant Change
A New Way of Leading in Times of Constant Change
The Internal Footing Experience
A Live Experiential Journey for Women Leaders
Lead with clarity, confidence, and what I call Internal Footing in a world that never stops changing.
Why This Experience Exists
During dozens of conversations with women leaders, I expected to hear different stories. Instead, I heard the same story told in different ways.
Holding everything together.
Constant change.
Never fully switching off.
Quietly wondering if leadership had to feel this heavy.
The Internal Footing Experience grew from those conversations.
This Isn't a Traditional Leadership Course
Most leadership programs teach you what to do.
They offer new strategies, communication techniques, productivity systems, or leadership models. Those things can be valuable.
But many women leaders already know what to do.
What they're struggling with isn't a lack of knowledge. It's carrying so much responsibility for so long that leadership begins to feel heavier than it needs to. The Internal Footing Experience was created to address that.
Instead of adding more...
Instead of asking you to do more, this experience invites you to notice what is already happening beneath the surface. Through guided conversations, simple weekly invitations, and a supportive community of women leaders, you'll begin recognizing how pressure quietly shapes perception, decisions, and reactions. As self-awareness grows, you'll discover a different way of leading. One grounded in clarity, confidence, and Internal Footing.

The Philosophy Behind the Internal Footing Experience
This experience isn't designed to help you become someone different.
It's designed to help you recognize what may have become difficult to see beneath the pressure of everyday leadership.
The conversations are intentionally simple.
The invitations are intentionally gentle.
The transformation is intentionally unforced.
Rather than asking you to accumulate more information or master another set of techniques, the Internal Footing Experience invites you to become curious about your own lived experience.
To notice.
To recognize.
To understand.
And to discover what begins to change when you stop trying so hard to change yourself.
Because transformation doesn't follow a schedule.
Some insights may resonate immediately. Others may unfold weeks or even months later. There is nothing you need to force, nothing you need to achieve by a certain point, and no expectation that your experience should look like anyone else's.
Transformation happens through repeated recognition.
And recognition unfolds in its own time.
Community Is Part of the Experience
Because Internal Footing Was Never Meant to Be Practiced Alone
One of the themes I heard repeatedly in my conversations with women leaders was a desire for something that can be surprisingly difficult to find.
A community of women who understand.
Women navigating responsibility, constant change, uncertainty, and the often-unspoken pressure that can accompany leadership.
That's why community isn't an add-on to the Internal Footing Experience.
It's woven throughout the experience and continues
long after our time together.
During the Internal Footing Experience, you'll have the opportunity to gather each week in an Integration Circle.
And after completing the Experience, you'll be invited into the ongoing C.O.R.E. Community Circle.
Two different spaces, with a shared intention:
A place to explore what you're noticing in the company
of women who understand.
A Place to Bring the Real Experience
A place to share.
A place to ask.
A place to listen.
A place to learn from one another.
A place where you don't have to have it all figured out.
No performance. No comparison.
Just conversation, curiosity, and community.
Integration Circles
A place to explore what's arising along the way.
During the Internal Footing Experience, we'll gather for an optional Integration Circle following each Conversation.
These gatherings give you space to bring questions, experiences, insights, or something you've been noticing and would like to explore more deeply.
Sometimes you may have something you want to share.
Sometimes you may have a question.
Sometimes you may simply want to listen.
All of it is welcome.
Integration Circles aren't about giving advice, fixing one another, or finding the “right” answer.
They're a place for curiosity, listening, conversation, and allowing your own understanding to deepen as the Experience unfolds.
The C.O.R.E. Community Circle
The conversation doesn't have to end when the Experience does.
After completing the Internal Footing Experience, you'll be invited to continue the journey through the C.O.R.E. Community Circle, or CCC.
The CCC is an ongoing community for women who have completed the Experience and now share a common language and understanding of Internal Footing and C.O.R.E.
It's a place to continue bringing what you're noticing in real life. To ask questions. To listen. To learn from one another. And sometimes, simply to be with women who understand.
There is nothing to prepare and nothing to prove.
You simply come as you are, with whatever is here.
Access to the C.O.R.E. Community Circle is included after you complete the Internal Footing Experience and continues for as long as Living Deliberately LLC offers the community. The frequency and format of gatherings may evolve over time.
Who This Experience Is For
The Internal Footing Experience was created for women leaders who are capable, committed, and accustomed to being the person others rely on.
You may recognize yourself here if you're navigating constant change, carrying significant responsibility, and quietly wondering why leadership has begun to feel so heavy.
You may find yourself...
Holding everything together, even when no one has asked you to.
Thinking about work long after the workday has ended.
Second-guessing decisions you once would have trusted yourself to make.
Feeling responsible not only for your own work, but for how everything turns out.
Finding it increasingly difficult to fully relax, even when nothing requires your immediate attention.
Wanting to remain ambitious and deeply committed without sacrificing your well-being or the rest of your life.
You don't need to be burned out.
You don't need to have reached a breaking point.
And you don't need to fully understand what you've been carrying.
You may simply recognize that something about the way you've been experiencing leadership no longer feels sustainable.
If so, the Internal Footing Experience was created with you in mind.
Explore the Internal Footing Experience
If something you've read here feels familiar, I'd love to continue the conversation with you.
The Internal Footing Experience is intentionally small and personal, and I want it to be the right fit for the women who join.
The first step is simply a conversation.
We'll talk about what's happening in your world, what you're navigating in your leadership, and what you would most like to experience differently.
If it feels like the Internal Footing Experience could support you, I'll walk you through what the experience looks like and we can explore together whether it's the right next step.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation.
Choose a time that works for you, and we'll take it from there.
